The Buffalo Grove Village Board said this week that it will terminate crossing-guard services for District 21 after Nov. 13 if the district does not pay its share of program costs for the entire fall semester. The district has been disputing outstanding balances totaling $24,191 for crossing-guard services provided during the 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 school years, so if has refused to pay for service this fall.
