In celebration of Nurse and Teacher Appreciation Weeks, cookies were delivered by a team to the Midwest Express Clinic Urgent Care in Norridge and to all 27 grade and high schools within the district. The gesture was meant to acknowledge the dedication of teachers and nurses who are integral to providing quality healthcare and education in the community.
A statement expressed gratitude: "Both our teachers and nurses work so hard to provide our community with quality healthcare and education, and should be recognized for the critical roles they play. Thank you to our nurses and teachers for all that you do!"
