Cook County Sheriff tweeted the following:

"Last night, our Sheriffs Police Officers, while working in the 15th District, recovered a stolen vehicle that was being driven by a 14yo male. Our officers apprehended the 14yo driver, who attempted to flee on foot after his vehicle was stopped. Felony charges were filed."
