5. CONSENT AGENDA/OMNIBUS VOTE (Roll Call Vote)  (All items under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine in nature and will  be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless  a Trustee so requests. In that event, the discussion will be the first item of business  after approval of the Consent Agenda.)  

A. Approval of Agenda.  

B. Approval of the schedule of bills for December 20, 2021 - $11,369,783.52.  

C. Request Board approval of an Ordinance authorizing the sale of personal  property owned by the Village of Hoffman Estates (auction items).  

D. Request Board approval of an Ordinance prohibiting the use of ground water  as a potable water supply by the installation or use of potable water supply  wells or by any other method.  

E. Request Board approval of a term sheet for a Development Agreement for the  Microsoft Data Center property located at 2190-2200 Lakewood Boulevard.  

F. Request Board approval of a Redevelopment Agreement between the Village  of Hoffman Estates, Ala Carte Entertainment, Inc., and the Higgins and  Barrington Commercial District Association to complete certain public  improvements and redevelopment of the properties at 2575 West Higgins  Road and 1795 Barrington Road.  

G. Request Board approval of 2022 Village Board and Standing Committees  meeting schedule.  

H. Request Board approval of a one-year contract extension for 2022  full-service professional printing services for the Citizen newsletter with  Press Tech, Des Plaines, IL, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.  

I. Request Board approval of a proposal from Dan Shomon, Inc., Chicago, IL,  for government relations consulting services at a cost of $4,500 per month  from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.  

J. Request Board authorization to award contract for Phase II engineering  services for the Beverly Road Path and Resurfacing Project to Civiltech  Engineering, Inc. of Itasca, IL, in an amount not to exceed $228,948.  

K. Request Board approval of an extension to' the temporary increase to the pay  rates in the Agreement between Andy Frain Services, Inc. and the Village of  Hoffman Estates. 

L. Request Board approval of:  

a) the 2022 Renewal of the Property and Casualty Insurance Program  through the Suburban Liability Insurance Pool (SLIP); and  

b) the 2022 Renewal of the Village's worker's compensation,  underground storage tank and liquor liability coverages through  Alliant/Mesirow Insurance Services.  

M. Request Board authorization of an Employee Leasing Agreement with  GovTempsUSA, LLC, for Civil Engineer staff services at a rate of$77 per hour.

7. PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS  

A. Request Board concurrence with the Planning and Zoning Commission  recommendation and Board approval of an Ordinance granting a Master Sign  Plan for the Hilldale Condominium property located at the northwest comer  of Higgins Road and Huntington Boulevard.  

Voting: 9 Ayes, 2 Absent  

Motion carried.  

8. ADDITIONAL BUSINESS  

A. Request Board approval of an Ordinance amending Section 8-3-22, Number  of Licenses of Article 3, Alcoholic Liquors, of the Hoffman Estates  Municipal Code (increase in number of Class "LC" Licenses for Elsa's  Restaurant Group Hoffman Estates LLC d/b/a Elsa's, 711 W. Golf Road,  Hoffman Estates, IL)  

B. Request Board approval of an intergovernmental agreement with  Community Unit School District 300 regarding the Plum Farms Tax  Increment Financing (TIF) District.  

C. Request Board approval of an Ordinance dissolving the Economic  Development Area (EDA), Hoffman Estates, IL.
