1. Consider a Motion Authorizing the Village Manager to Purchase Three Replacement Five-Ton Dump Trucks - Approved by Voice Vote

Public Works Director Matt Barry reported the Village Council appropriated $531,510 in the 2021 Capital Equipment Budget for the replacement of three 2009 heavy-duty five-ton dump trucks. Staff recommends waiving formal bid procedures and authorizing the Village Manager to approve the purchase of three Freightliner five-ton dump trucks from Northwest Trucks, Incorporated, with the lowest cost proposal, in the amount of $229,350 and upfitting from Monroe Truck in the amount of $264,396 for a total cost not to exceed $493,746.
