Andrea Liss, proprietor, submits for a special use for a Banquet Hall, “Eight Hundred”, in the C2 Commercial District (Zoning Code Section 6-10-4-3). The Zoning Board of Appeals makes a recommendation to City Council, the determining body for this case.
B. 2909 Colfax Street ZBA 20ZMJV-0044
Scott Walker, architect, applies for major zoning relief to demolish an existing street accessed garage, construct an alley accessible garage, and utilize the abandoned driveway for open offstreet parking in the R1 Single-Family Residential District. The applicant requests open offstreet parking located in the front-yard, 194 feet from the rear-yard lot line, where open off-street parking shall be within 30 feet of the rear lot line or alley (Zoning Code Section 6-4-6-3 (B) Table 4-A, 18.). The Zoning Board of Appeals is the determining body for this case.
