(All items under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine in nature and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Trustee so requests. In that event, the discussion will be the first item of business after approval of the Consent Agenda.)

A. Approval of Agenda

B. Approval of the schedule of bills for October 19, 2020 - $6,105,965.22

C. Request Board approval of an Ordinance amending Section 6-2-l-HE-11- 1302-A of the Hoffman Estates Municipal Code (Georgetown Lane).

D. Request Board approval of an Ordinance authorizing the sale of personal property owned by the Village of Hoffman Estates (auction items).

E. Request Board approval of a Resolution authorizing an application to the Illinois Department of Transportation for the Illinois Transportation Enhancement Progream (ITEP) for the Hassell Road Corridor Pedestrian and Bicycle Facility Enhancements.

F. Request Board approval of a Resolution in support of the Village of Oak Brook's opposition to Graue Mill Dam removal.

G. Request Board approval of a Resolution authorizing the execution of a Redevelopment Agreement between the Village of Hoffman Estates and W-T Properties Schaumburg I, LLC to complete stormwater improvement work along Higgins Road and demolish the former bowling alley building at 80 W. Higgins Road.

H. Request Board approval of:

1) a request by HMC PT Prairie Stone Crossing, LLC for a site plan amendment for fac;ade changes to the building at 4 700 Hoffman Boulevard (former Sports Authority); and

2) a Resolution authorizing the execution of a Redevelopment and Sales Tax Rebate Agreement between the Village of Hoffman Estates and HMC PT Prairie Stone Crossing, LLC for the redevelopment and occupancy of the building at 4 700 Hoffman Boulevard (former Sports Authority).

I. Request Board authorization to:

1) award a contract for Phase III engineering services on the 2021 Surface Transportation Program (STP) resurfacing project of Jones Road and Salem Drive to V3 Companies, Ltd., Woodridge, IL, in an amount not to exceed $73,103; and

2) approve the Phase III construction services agreement with IDOT for the 2021 STP resurfacing project on Jones Road and Salem Drive.

J. Request Board authorization to:

1) waive formal bidding; and

2) approve a proposal with Britten Inc, Traverse City, MI, for naming rights interior signage and interactive displays at the NOW Arena in a total amount not to exceed $64,979.
