ii. Second consideration of an Ordinance to declare certain Village vehicles and equipment as surplus property and to authorize disposition of the surplus property

i. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing approval of a request for a Class B Liquor License for North Branch on Ice, 1851 Landwehr Road (inside new Glenview Community Ice Center)

ii. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Metra for repair of damage to landscaping in the Metra right of way north of Chestnut Ave

iii. Consideration of Resolution authorizing an agreement with Davenport Group, of Crystal Lake, Illinois to purchase work order and permit review software and implementation services from October 6, 2020 to April 1, 2024 in the estimated amount of $291,315 for the three year period

iv. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing additional spending authority for HVAC as-needed repair services with YMI Group of Elk Grove, IL to increase the contract the amount by $24,000

v. Consideration of a Resolution to amend an existing contract with Midwest Power Industry Inc. of Ringwood, Illinois to increase the contract amount by $23,000

vi. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing a three-year contract with a three-year extension to Fox Valley Fire and Safety Co. Inc. of Elgin, IL for fire equipment maintenance and repairs

vii. Consideration of Resolutions pertaining to the Downtown Metra Station:

(1) Consideration of a Resolution to authorize a contract with F.H. Paschen, S.N. Nielsen & Associated, LLC of Chicago, Illinois, for the Downtown Metra Station roof repairs in the amount of $198,814

(2) Consideration of a Resolution to authorize a contract with Pete the Painter Inc. of Northbrook, Illinois, for the Downtown Metra Station painting in the amount of $24,390

(3) Consideration of a Resolution and recommendation to amend the 2020 Commuter Fund budget in the amount of $230,011 relating to the Downtown Metra Station

viii. Consideration of a Resolution to Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement with Metra to Receive Funding in the amount of $243,543 for Downtown Station Repairs

ix. Consideration of a Resolution to waive the formal bidding process and to authorize a contract with Altorfer Power Systems Inc., for the engine replacement of ladder truck 839 in the amount of $55,000

x.Consideration of a Resolution and recommendation to authorize the purchase of software from Dell Inc. of Round Rock, TX for the licensing of Microsoft Office products in the Office 365 environment for a three year term in the total amount of $184,538

xi. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing a Real Estate Donation Agreement with the Hotel property owner regarding the donation of 3.25 acres of land at 1400 Milwaukee Avenue

xii. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing renewal of annual membership in Chicago’s North Shore Convention and Visitors Bureau
