Village of Inverness Village Board met Sept. 8.

IV. Consent Agenda

On January 1, 1988, Public Act 85-00508 became effective which permits municipalities to adopt by one single unanimous roll-call vote of the Board of Trustees and the Village President a group of assorted ordinances, resolution, orders and motions. This Omnibus Vote may be made following the sample motion, “I move to approve by omnibus vote items in the Consent Agenda.”

All items marked with “****” are considered routine and thus are considered to be on the Consent Agenda. Following the motions second, a brief discussion may be held about any designated item. If lengthier discussion or debate is needed, any Trustee may request any item to be removed from the motion and those items will be considered during the regular course of the meeting as they appear on the agenda.

Zoning Variation – 320 Roberts Road (P. 9-38)

Consider an ordinance grating a zoning variation for the property at 320 Roberts Road. The Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to recommend approval.
