i.Second consideration of an Ordinance amending the Glenview Municipal Code – Chapter 6, Alcoholic Beverages to increase the number of Class B liquor licenses from 15 to 16; Class C liquor licenses from 6 to 7; and Class E liquor licenses from 27 to 28

ii.Second Consideration of an Ordinance amending Chapter 18 (Buildings and Building Regulations) and Chapter 34 (Fire Prevention and Protection) of the Glenview Municipal Code by adopting and amending the 2018 International Construction Codes, amending the Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Code, and adopting an updated Engineering Standards Manual engineering standards

b.New Business

i.Consideration of Resolutions related to the Downtown Utility Improvement Project authorizing execution of:

(1) A contract with Eriksson Engineering Associates, Ltd., of Chicago, Illinois in the amount not to exceed $31,434;

(2) A contract award to DiMeo Brothers Inc., of Elk Grove Village in the amount not to exceed $627,342;

(3) a Pipeline license Agreement with Metra for the installation of sanitary sewer within the Metra right-of-way

ii.Consideration of a Resolution authorizing approval of: A request for a Class B Liquor License for Dawg Park, 1839 Tower Drive; and a request for a Class C and a Class E Liquor Licenses for Chicago Wine Consulting, 1047 Waukegan Road

iii.Consideration of a Resolution authorizing contracts for snow and ice removal services:

(1) A three-year contract with Snow Systems of Wheeling, IL for residential routes 1, 2, and 3 with a two year option; and

(2) A three-year contract with Landscape Concepts Management of Grayslake, IL for residential routes 7 and 9 with a two year option

iv.Consideration of the approval of the voucher list for August 18, 2020
