A-18-058 Ordinance – Approval of Disposal of Surplus Equipment
Request the Board approve an Ordinance entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing The Sale By Public Auction, Private Sale, Or Transfer Of Surplus Personal Property Owned By The Village Of Streamwood.” This Ordinance is being presented for second reading and passage.
This Ordinance approves declaring various items surplus and authorizing the disposal of these items by private sale, auction, trade-in, donation, or to otherwise discard them at the least cost to the Village.

Request the Board approve a Resolution entitled “A Resolution Accepting The 2017 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, Required Communication Letter And Tif Compliance Report Prepared By Lauterbach & Amen, Llp, Certified Public Accountants.”
This Resolution accepts the 2017 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), Required
Communication Letter and TIF Compliance Report prepared by Lauterbach & Amen, LLP, the
Village’s auditors.

A-18-060 Ordinance – Prevailing Wage
Request The Board Approve An Ordinance Entitled “An Ordinance Providing For The Declaration Of The General Prevailing Rate Of Hourly Wages For The Year 2018 To Be Paid To Laborers, Mechanics And Other Workers Performing Construction Of Public Works Within The Village Of Streamwood, Cook County, Illinois.” This Ordinance is being presented for second reading and passage.
This Ordinance adopts prevailing wage rates as established by the Illinois Department of Labor. These wage rates are those paid by contractors performing a variety of public works construction projects in the Village.
