(1) A bid award to Elanar Construction, Co., of Chicago, Illinois for the Dewes, Topp and Wagner Farm Improvement Project (“Project”) in the amount of $2,111,084.75, plus an eight percent (8%) contingency, for a total budget of $2,279,972.00; and

(2) The execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Glenview Park District for construction of storm water improvements at Wagner Farm.

ii.Consideration of a Resolution and Recommendation of Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) Fund Appropriations for the 2018 Road Resurfacing and MARS Programs, IDOT Section 18-00198-00-RS

iii.Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the execution of a one-year (1-year) contract extension with Precision Pavement Marking Inc. of Elgin, IL, for pavement marking services in an amount not-to-exceed $58,680.00

iv.Consideration of a Resolution authorizing an increase in the current contract spending authority from a three-year not-to-exceed amount of $88,226 to $154,327.49 with Steiner Electric of Elk Grove, IL, for generator maintenance and repair services

v.Consideration of two Resolutions concerning procurement of rock salt:

(1) A Resolution to ratify use of the Village’s procurement policy emergency purchasing provision for procurement of 1,000 tons of rock salt from Cargill Inc., of North Olmsted, OH, for a total cost not to exceed $73,750.

(2) A Resolution to amend the FY 2018 budget in the amount of $10,880 to provide funding for the procurement of additional rock salt.

vi.Consideration of Resolutions regarding a wayfinding signage project:

(1) A Resolution authorizing a contract with Kerestes-Martin Associates for consulting and design services related to wayfinding signage in an amount not to exceed $48,219.70.

(2) A Resolution to amend the FY 2018 budget in the amount of $48,219.70 to provide funding for proposed wayfinding signage project

vii.Consideration of the approval of the voucher list for February 22, 2018
