Elgin Emergency Telephone System Board authorizes invoice payments

The city of Elgin Emergency Telephone System Board met Jan. 19 to authorize invoice payments.

Here is the meeting's agenda, as provided by the board:

The Elgin Emergency Telephone System Board is responsible for handling matters in the community related to telephone services. The board consists of five members appointed by the mayor for three-year terms. Board members are charged with planning, coordinating and supervising Elgin's E-911 Emergency Telephone System.

The meeting was called to order by Bill Wolf at 3:30 PM.

Review minutes from the December 15, 2016 meeting, submit for approval.

Crawford, seconded by David Hudik, no discussion, motion carried

unanimously.

AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF INVOICES

• State of IL, Central Management Services, Invoice #T1717597, Account

#T8880539, ICN/IP Network, Hardware, T1; 11/30/2016 $506.40

 A motion was made to approve payment by David Hudik,

seconded by Phililp Laier, no discussion, motion carried

unanimously.

• Status of Fund 220, E9-1-1 Telephone System.
