The city of Park Ridge is looking for residents to join its Bike Planning Task Force, which will work to improve the biking environment within the city.
Applications for this volunteer position will be accepted until Monday, July 25. They will be reviewed by the Mayor's Advisory Board and eight to 10 applications will be passed along to Acting Mayor Marty Maloney. Appointments will be made in early August.
Alderman Roger Shubert (Ward 4) will serve as the City Council liaison to the Bike Planning Task Force.
