P1. Approval of Renewal Funding to Administer the Inclusionary Housing Waitlist
The Housing and Homelessness Commission and staff recommend approval of $40,000 for Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH) to continue administering Evanston’s Inclusionary Housing Ordinance (IHO) centralized waitlist and conduct income certifications and re-certifications of households for inclusionary units for the period of May 1, 2020 through December, 31 2021.The funding source is the City’s Affordable Housing Fund, 250.21.5465.65496. $30,000 has been budgeted for waitlist management for FY 2020 and additional funds will be included in the FY 2021 budget.
