Village of Buffalo Grove Board of Fire and Police Commissioners met June 11.

CALL TO ORDER and ROLL CALL:

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chairman Dibbern via remote go-to-meeting.

Commissioner Johnson called the roll and noted for the record that a quorum was present at the meeting.

Present were Commissioners Johnson, Hartman, Fishman, Berman, and Dibbern. Also present were Lieutenant Rodriguez and Trustee Liaison Smith.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: None.

CHAIRMAN’S REPORT: None.

COMMISSIONER’S REPORTS: None.

TRUSTEE REPORTS: None

CHIEF REPORTS: None

QUESTIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE: None

SPECIAL BUSINESS: None

OLD BUSINESS: None

NEW BUSINESS:

A. The Commissioners met via remote Go-To-Meeting to test this platform in preparation for the Lateral Entry Police Officer Candidates oral interview process, which will be conducted by the BFPC remotely on Saturday, June 13, 2020.

B. The Go-To-Meeting platform will be used for the formal oral interview process. The candidates will report to the police station where Lieutenant Rodriguez will facilitate commencing and ending the eight remote interviews.
