As the Village of Barrington continues to follow social distancing requirements and Governor Priker’s Stay-At-Home order during the COVID-19 crisis, public comments will be accepted by email and phone call only. Public comments received by 4:00 p.m., Monday, May 18, 2020 will be read at the beginning of the meeting under Public Comment. Public Comments are limited to three minutes per person (approximately 400 wrien words). To submit public comment, submit an email to vobvm@barrington-il.gov, including:

CONSIDERATION RE: Motion to adjourn to Closed Session to discuss maers of Personnel [5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1)], Insurance and/or Self-Insurance Claims [5 ILCS 120/2(c)(12)], Land Acquisition [5 ILCS 120/2(c)(5)], Collective Negotiating Maers [5 ILCS 120/2(c)(2)], Security [5 ILCS 120/2(c)(8)], and Litigation Which is Pending or Which is Probable or Imminent [5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11)], the Board finding that based upon advice of counsel, litigation is probable or imminent as to those maers so identified on the record in such Closed Session for the reasons therein stated.
