The price of local government: Village of Inverness

The Village of Inverness budget was $3.86 million for its 2015 fiscal year, or $1,423.74 per household.

That's a decrease of 18.1 percent from 2014, when the village spent $4.71 million, or $1,738.72 per household.

Inverness has 2,709 households and a population of 7,549.
