The Skokie Police Department will hold an open house on Saturday, November 22, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at its station located at 7300 Niles Center Road. The event is intended for military veterans, college athletes, college students, and anyone interested in pursuing a career in law enforcement.
According to the department, "The open house is designed for those who want to learn more about the role of police officer, the Skokie Police Department's mission, and available career opportunities."
The department encourages community members to share information about the event to help recruit future law enforcement professionals committed to public safety in Skokie.
