The Village of Palatine is currently facing technical problems with its EnerGov system and the Citizen Self Service (CSS) portal. These issues have led to intermittent outages, impacting both residents and staff.
During these outages, residents are unable to make payments or submit permit and license applications through the CSS portal. Staff members also cannot process online submissions when the systems are down.
The village's IT team is working to find and fix the root cause of the issue. "We understand the inconvenience this causes and appreciate your patience as we work toward a permanent solution," said village officials.
