Village of Palatine Planning and Zoning Commission met December 12.

Here is the agenda as provided by the commission:

I. CALL TO ORDER

      1. Planning and Zoning Commission - Regular Meeting - Nov 14, 2023 7:00 PM

III. PUBLIC HEARING

      1. 721 E. Mill Valley Road

            Variation to permit a residential driveway to be 32 feet wide, instead of the maximum permitted 30 feet; and Variation to permit a residential driveway to be 30 feet in width within 5 feet of the property line, instead of the maximum permitted 25 feet.

      2. 1 N. Oak Street

            Preliminary and Final Subdivision to permit a 2-lot single-family residential subdivision.

            Variation to permit a corner lot width of 61 feet, instead of the minimum required 85 feet.

            Variation to permit a corner lot area to be 8,147 square feet, instead of the minimum required 10,000 square feet.

      3. 1581 N. Quentin Road

            Special Use to permit a massage therapy business at the subject property.

      4. 1502 W. Northwest Highway

            Rezoning from Planned Development to R-1 Single Family Residential.

            Plat of Consolidation to combine the existing 6 lots into 1 lot.

      5. 1444 W. Algonquin Road

            Special Use to permit a restaurant to operate with a liquor license; and Special Use to permit a restaurant to operate with live entertainment; and Variation to permit a 39 parking spaces, instead of the minimum required 50 parking spaces; and Variation to permit a parking space to be 8 feet wide and 16 feet long, instead of the minimum required 9 feet wide and 19 feet long.
