3. REMARKS FOR THE GOOD OF THE ORDER

4. CLOSED SESSION 

Trustee Israel moved, seconded by Trustee Ross to Discussion of Collective negotiating matters pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (2); . Discussion regarding the purchase or lease of real property for the use of the public body, including meetings held for the purpose of discussing whether a particular parcel should be acquired pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/(c) (5); Discussion of the selection of a person to fill a public office, including vacancy, pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (3). On roll call, all were in favor. The Committee of the Whole closed session adjourned back into open session at 7:32pm.

5. ADJOURN 

Trustee Ross moved, seconded by Trustee Hebl to adjourn the Committee of the Whole at 7:32PM. On voice vote, all were in favor.
