      Continuing discussion on the proposed 2024 Budget and Three-Year Financial Plan Initiatives and Other Items

B. Ordinance Requiring the Disclosure of Historic Designation of a Property by the Seller (No Cost)

      Objective: Require sellers to disclose a property’s historic designation to purchasers no later than at the time a real estate sales contract is executed.

C. Change Order No. 1 and Final for Centre Boiler Replacement – Bid 23-016 ($20,214)

      Objective: Authorize additional funding for the Centre boiler replacement.

D. Acceptance of Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant for Camera Purchases ($15,743)

      Objective: Increase the capabilities of the citywide camera system and enhance community security by installing replacement cameras and new cameras at various city locations.
