Christos: ‘Violently attacked by Pro-Hamas protestors while trying to escort a lost, elderly Jewish couple to the Pro-Israel event’

Peter Christos, the Illinois, Missouri, and Northwest Indiana High School Representative for Turning Point USA, reported being violently attacked by pro-Hamas protestors in Skokie.

The incident occurred while he and a colleague were assisting an elderly Jewish couple in attending a Pro-Israel event.

Christos said he was punched, kicked in the head and hit with a flagpole.

“Yesterday in Skokie, myself & @TPUSA coworker were violently attacked by Pro-Hamas protestors while trying to escort a lost, elderly Jewish couple to the Pro-Israel event,” Christos said on X.

“I was punched repeatedly, kicked in the head, and hit with a flagpole.”

“This is being Pro-Israel in 2023.”

End Wokeness also posted a video of the attack on Christos.

“Yesterday, a pro-Palestine mob attacked a Christian man in Skokie, Illinois. You didn’t hear about this because it doesn’t fit the narrative,” End Wokeness said on X.

The protest took place with approximately 200 protesters supporting the Palestinian cause, according to the Village of Lincolnwood.

It occurred outside of a rally for Israel that included 1,000 attendees.

Tensions escalated during the events, leading to arrests and confrontations between different groups, according to the Daily Herald.

During the counterprotest a shot was fired into the air, and individuals were sprayed with pepper spray.

The incident involving the discharge of a firearm is under investigation.

Video of that incident was posted on Facebook by Equality for Flatbush.

It shows a man get out of his car and charge protestors who mob him before he pulls a pistol and Skokie Police intervene and arrest him.
