Trustee Pepoon moved, seconded by Trustee Israel to move into closed session for the purpose of Setting the price for the sale or lease of property owned by the public body pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/(c) (6). On roll call, all were in favor. The Board returned to open session of Committee of the Whole resumed at 7:27PM.
6. ADJOURN
Trustee Pepoon moved, seconded by Trustee Ross to adjourn the Committee of the Whole meeting at 7:27PM. On voice vote, all were in favor.
