Trustee Pepoon moved, seconded by Trustee Hebl to go into Closed Session Meeting for the purpose of Discussion of Minutes pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/(c) (21), discussion of the purchase or lease of real property for the use of the public body pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/(c) (5), and discussion of setting the price for the sale or lease of property owned by public body pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/(c) (6). On roll call, all were in favor.

6. ADJOURN
Trustee Israel moved, seconded by Trustee Collison to adjourn the Committee of the Whole at 7:31 pm. On voice vote, all were in favor.
