CALL TO ORDER
Mayor McCombie called the meeting to order at 4:09 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Mayor McCombie called roll and a quorum was noted present.

Discussion and Recommendation/Approval of Revision to Police Commission Rules Approval of a Resolution Recommending Approval and Adoption of the Rules and Regulations of the Village of South Barrington Board of Police Commissioners, State of Illinois: Trustee Abbate made a motion to approve a Resolution Recommending Approval and Adoption of the Rules and Regulation of the Village of South Barrington Board of Police Commissioners, State of Illinois. Trustee Stagno seconded the motion. Roll Call: Trustee Abbate-Aye, Trustee Guranovich-Aye, Trustee Panchal-Aye, Trustee Stagno-Aye. Ayes-4, Nays-0, Absent-2. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Trustee Abbate made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 4:11 p.m. Trustee Guranovich seconded the motion. Motion carried by unanimous voice vote.
