Village of South Barrington Village Board of Trustees met April 22.

Here is the minutes as provided by the board:

CALL TO ORDER 

      Mayor McCombie called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

ROLL CALL 

      Deputy Village Clerk Palmer called roll and a quorum was noted present. Officials Present: 

      President: Paula McCombie

      Trustees: Joseph Abbate (arrived at 9:07 a.m.), Edgar Alvarado (arrived at 10:15 a.m.), Stephen Guranovich, Dr. Anthony Stagno 

      Officials Absent: Clerk: Donna Wood

      Trustees: Bernard Kerman, Dr. Hina Patel 

      Staff Present: Administrator/Deputy Villager Clerk Robert Palmer 

SITE TOURS

      Mayor McCombie, Village Trustees Joseph Abbate, Edgar Alvarado, Stephen Guranovich, Anthony Stagno, and Village Administrator Robert Palmer attended site tours of Bystronic, Inc from 9 to 10 a.m., Sunstar America's Inc. from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m., and MC Machinery Systems, Inc. from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 

PUBLIC COMMENT

      Mayor McCombie invited members of the public to address the Board. Hearing none, the meeting proceeded with the published agenda items. 

ADJOURNMENT

      There being no further business, Trustee Stagno made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 1:13p.m. Trustee Abbate seconded the motion. Motion carried by unanimous voice vote.
