CALL TO ORDER
Mayor McCombie called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Deputy Village Clerk Moeller called roll and a quorum was noted present.

PUBLIC HEARING
Mayor McCombie asked for those planning to give testimony at tonight's public hearing to raise their hand to be sworn in. Mayor McCombie proceeded with the swearing in and those in attendance swore to tell the truth and the whole truth to the best of their knowledge stated “Aye” in confirmation.
Consideration of the Proposed Annexation and Corresponding Annexation Agreement Governing the Annexation of Certain Real Property Located at 61 East Palatine Road and an Annexation Agreement By and Between the Village of South Barrington, Illinois and Petitioner. James M. and Gloria D. Kane Farm LP, as Beneficial Owner of the Chicago Title Land Trust Company Trust Number 29769, Pursuant to the Previously Filed Annexation Petition by the Petitioner, and the Authorizing Legislation for the Same: Mayor McCombie asked for a motion to open the Public Hearing for Consideration of the Proposed Annexation and Corresponding Annexation Agreement Governing the Annexation of Certain Real Property Located at 61 East Palatine Road and an Annexation Agreement By and Between the Village of South Barrington, Illinois and Petitioner, James M. and Gloria D. Kane Farm LP, as Beneficial Owner of the Chicago Title Land Trust Company Trust Number 29769, Pursuant to the Previously Filed Annexation Petition by the Petitioner, and the Authorizing Legislation for the Same. Trustee Guranovich made a motion to open the Public Hearing. Trustee Stagno seconded the motion. Roll Call: Trustee Abbate-Aye, Trustee Alvarado-Absent, Trustee Guranovich-Aye, Trustee Kerman-Aye, Trustee Patel-Absent, Trustee Stagno-Aye. Ayes-4, Nays-0, Absent-2. Motion carried.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor McCombie invited members of the public to address the Board. Mr. John Anderson, resident of South Barrington, made a public comment in support of the proposed development at 61 East Palatine Road, South Barrington. Mr. James Vasselli with Del Galdo Law Group made a comment in regard to tonight's proceedings and explained the public hearing process and what will be reviewed by the Village Board and Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals. Mayor McCombie invited additional members of the public to address the Board. Hearing none, the meeting proceeded with the published agenda items. Mayor McCombie asked the Trustees if they had any questions regarding annexation petition. Hearing none, Mayor McCombie asked for a motion to close the Public Hearing. Trustee Abbate made a motion to close the Public Hearing. Trustee Kerman seconded the motion. Roll Call: Trustee Abbate-Aye, Trustee Alvarado-Absent, Trustee Guranovich-Aye, Trustee Kerman-Aye, Trustee Patel-Absent, Trustee Stagno-Aye. Ayes-4, Nays-0, Absent-2. Motion carried.
MOTION FOR RECOMMENDATION
Consideration and Recommendation of the Approval of the Proposed Annexation and Corresponding Annexation Agreement Governing the Annexation of Certain Real Property Located at 61 East Palatine Road and an Annexation Agreement By and Between the Village of South Barrington, Illinois and Petitioner. James M. and Gloria D. Kane Farm LP, as Beneficial Owner of the Chicago Title Land Trust Company Trust Number 29769. Pursuant to the Previously Filed Annexation Petition by the Petitioner, and the Authorizing Legislation for the Same. Mayor McCombie asked for a motion to recommend the approval of the proposed annexation and annexation agreement. Trustee Guranovich made a motion to recommend the approval of the proposed annexation and annexation agreement. Trustee Stagno seconded the motion. Roll Call: Trustee Abbate-Aye, Trustee Alvarado-Absent, Trustee Guranovich-Aye, Trustee Kerman-Aye, Trustee Patel-Absent, Trustee Stagno-Aye. Ayes-4, Nays-0, Absent-2. Motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Trustee Stagno made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:40 p.m. Trustee Kerman seconded the motion. Motion carried by unanimous voice vote.
