Illinois State House District 54 issued the following announcement on Aug. 21

State Representative Tom Morrison (R-Palatine) is hosting a Telephone Town Hall for residents in his 54th District to talk about state issues and garner feedback from constituents. The call will be on Tuesday, August 25th at 7:15pm, and the conversation will be focused on local questions and concerns, including: the Governor’s Executive Orders and how they are affecting residents, schools, and businesses, Illinois election law changes, ethics reforms, taxes, and other topics residents might like to bring up.

Residents in the Representative’s 54th District will receive a phone call and can stay on the line to tune in, or alternatively, can stream it online at the following link: http://bit.ly/MorrisonTownHall.

“I want residents to have an opportunity to ask questions and/or air their concerns about state and local issues,” said Rep. Morrison. “While in person events have been limited, this is a great opportunity to give updates and hear feedback from my constituents. I’m looking forward to having a meaningful dialogue on what’s most pressing for our residents.”

Residents unable to tune into the Tele-Town Hall can reach out to Rep. Morrison’s legislative office with any questions or concerns at (847) 202-6584.
