Illinois General Assembly: SB455 actions on Aug. 12

The following actions were taken on Aug. 12 in the Senate on Senate bill SB455 ("sch cd-nurse-medical cannabis"): "Public Act . . . . . . . . .", "Effective Date January" and "Governor Approved".

The bill, as it was introduced in the Senate by Sen. John J. Cullerton (D-6) on Jan. 31, "amends the Educational Credit for Military Experience Act" and "makes a technical change in a section concerning the short title," according to the General Assembly website.

The following senators also co-sponsored the bill: Cristina Castro (D-22), Laura M. Murphy (D-28) and Heather A. Steans (D-7).
