D. Approval of Officer Olga Voronchak to the Palatine Police Pension (Tier 2) with a hire date of 09/18/2025.

E. Review and approval of former Palatine Police Officer Joseph Blanchette transfer of creditable service from the Palatine Police Pension Fund to SERS. Blanchette reinstated 8 months of creditable service for $9,905.16 (Check 1005048479). To be sent to SERS: Officer Contributions $3,329.55 + match of officer contributions 3,329.55 + interest officer paid to reinstate service $6,575.61= $13,234.71.
