Niles home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Niles rose by $74,500 while total sales increased by 37.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $329,500 - a 29.2% increase over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Niles in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Niles for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,118, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
