How did Daniel Biss spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic Daniel Biss's election campaign committee, Biss for Illinois, spent $496,549 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Biss's committee spent the most on payroll in the quarter, with 13% of this total ($17,117) going to Abigail Witt in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Biss's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
