How did Mark Stephens spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Non partisan Mark Stephens's election campaign committee, Friends of Mark Stephens, spent $15,917 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Stephens's committee spent the most on rooftop event in the quarter, with all those payments ($9,880) going to Wrigley Rooftops in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Stephens's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
