Independent William McLeod's election campaign committee, Citizens for McLeod, spent $1,226 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

McLeod's committee spent the most on cell phones in the quarter, with all those payments ($374) going to Verizon in Elgin. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how McLeod's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
