How did William McLeod spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Independent William McLeod's election campaign committee, Citizens for McLeod, spent $5,207 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

McLeod's committee spent the most on fundraising in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,792) going to Stone Eagle Tavern in Hoffman Estates. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how McLeod's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
