How did William McLeod spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Independent William McLeod's election campaign committee, Citizens for McLeod, spent $3,619 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

McLeod's committee spent the most on postage in the quarter, with all those payments ($940) going to US Post Office in Hoffman Estates. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how McLeod's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
