Village of Hoffman Estates issued the following announcement on June 15.
Cook County is engaging in a strategic planning process to identify its priorities for the next four years. As part of this process, they are requesting feedback from the residents of Cook County. This is an opportunity for you to tell the County what matters most to you! This survey will be the first of several opportunities to provide feedback during the planning process. This confidential and anonymous survey should take less than 10 minutes.
