“Valuable information will be shared, and those who feel they have been improperly assessed will leave the meeting with a valid appeal filed,” Morrison said in the news release.
Morrison said taxpayers may challenge assessments in Palatine Township until Aug. 30.
“I encourage anyone who feels their property assessment is too high to take advantage of the resources and information that will be available on Thursday,” Morrison said in the news release.
The village hall is located at 3600 Kirchoff Road in Rolling Meadows.
Morrison, who represents the 54th House District in the General Assembly, took office in 2011.
