The city of Elgin Committee of the Whole met Oct. 22 to provide a financial update.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Elgin City Council will conduct, a Special Committee of the

Whole meeting on Saturday October 22, 2016, beginning at 9:00 a.m., at City Hall, Robert

Gilliam Municipal Complex, in the City Council Chambers located at 150 Dexter Court, Elgin,

Illinois.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the matters set forth in the agenda below.
