a. Planned Development Amendment to add daycares, as a Special Use to the Regency Plaza Planned Development use lists and to permit site plan changes and a building addition to the subject building; and
b. Special Use to permit a daycare.
2. 204 S Ashland Avenue
a. Special Uses to permit an addition to be set back 21 feet from the front lot line, instead of the minimum required 40 feet and approximately 3 feet from the side lot line, instead of the minimum required 5 feet.
