The Planning and Zoning Commission of Elgin, Illinois wants input from residents regarding the the establishment of a social service agency at 25 S. Grove Ave.
The applicant is Braden Counseling Center, P.C. and the owner is McLennan Property.
Residents who wish to comment on the proposed conditional use permit are invited to respond using the response form found at http://www.cityofelgin.org/DocumentCenter/View/56583.
Residents who live in the surrounding area are also asked to mark their properties on the map, found on the second page of the form. The completed response form should be returned to City of Elgin, 150 Dexter Ct., Elgin, IL 60120 as soon as possible in order for the residents' responses to be considered at the Jan. 4 public hearing.
The public hearing will be on the agenda of the regular City of Elgin Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, to be held on Jan. 4 at 7 p.m., on the second floor of the North Tower.
