He began his career in Hollywood as a publicist and later worked as a Fashion Associate at The New York Times Magazine. Kotsiopoulos gained wider recognition as a co-host of Fashion Police on E! Entertainment Television. He has appeared on various TV programs as a fashion expert and published a book titled Glamorous by George. Kotsiopoulos co-founded the "Bag Lunch" charity event for P.S. ARTS, supporting arts education in public schools.
