1. Variation to permit a deck to be set back 23-feet from the rear lot line, instead of the minimum required 25 feet, and, permit a deck to cover the required rear yard area by 22 percent, instead of the maximum coverage of 10 percent.

1. Special use to operate a medical office use at the subject property

C. 60 W. Palatine Road

1. Special Use to permit medical office use at the subject property.

D. 550 E Knox Street

1. Special Use to permit a fence to be set back 8 feet from the side property line abutting a street, instead of the minimum required 20 feet at the subject property.

E. 293 N Northwest Hwy

1. Special Use to permit a Tobacco Shop and electronic cigarette store use at the subject property.
