A. Liability, Crime and Workers’ Compensation Insurance Program Renewals for the Period October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 ($1,710,633)

      Objective: Protect the city’s financial resources and provide liability, crime and workers’ compensation insurance.

B. Sustained Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) Grant for Occupant Protection and Impaired Driving Enforcement—Grant Agreement with Illinois Department of Transportation ($175,380 Grant)

      Objective: Partner with the Illinois Department of Transportation to continue providing safer roadways through occupant protection and impaired driving enforcement.

C. City of Elgin Climate Action and Resiliency Plan—Adoption (No Cost)

      Objective: Establish guiding principles for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and increasing resiliency when evaluating city initiatives.

D. Bypass Pumps – Purchase Agreement with Absolute Water Pumps ($70,759)

      Objective: Provide reliable bypass pumping abilities for sanitary sewer-related issues.
