B. 310 N. Brockway Street

1. Variation to permit an accessory structure to be set back 7 feet from the existing principal structure, instead of the minimum required 10 feet.

C. 35 N. Ashland Avenue

1. Variation to construct a detached garage with a 3 foot side yard setback, instead of the minimum required 5-foot setback and with a 6-foot setback from the principal structure, instead of the minimum required 10 feet.
