1. 2563-2565 Mason Road – Pet #16-25 and 17-25; Construction of a new 105-000-square foot light-industrial building with accessory parking for passenger vehicles and semitrucks and trailers for a trucking transportation company.
Text Amendment
2. Pet #22-25; Amendment to various sections of Title 19, “Zoning” to establish zoning regulation for mobile food vendors and to allow such use in the CC1, CC2, and CF zoning districts.
Conditional Use
3. 1012 Wing Street – Pet #18-25; Establish one mobile food vendor near the new clubhouse at Wing Park golf course.
