A. April 22, 2025 Committee of the Whole Meeting Minutes for Approval
3. DISCUSSION TOPICS
A. Update on Village Refuse, Recycling, and Compost Franchise Agreement
Staff will provide a review of the first year of the Refuse, Recycling, and Compost Franchise Agreement with Lakeshore Recycling Services (LRS).
B. Discussion of Various Village Projects
Updates will be provided on the following key projects: (1) Stormwater Fund and the related Utility Rate Study and (2) emergency backup generator alternatives for Fire Station 11 and Fleet Maintenance Garage.
C. Review of Annual Community Organization Contribution Requests and Appropriation
At the February 11, 2025 Committee of the Whole, the Village Board was presented with the requests received by the Village for Community Contributions and it was determined that the Board would meet again to further review the funding requests.
