This agenda item is reserved for members of the public who desire to address the Public Body on a topic that is within purview and jurisdiction of the Public Body, but that is not listed in another location on the agenda. 5. PUBLIC HEARING
A. DOCKET NO. PCD-24-12: 1350 WILLOW ROAD (Public Hearing) - An application filed by Hi-Five Sports Clubs Northshore LLC as sub-lessee of the property commonly known as 1350 Willow Road, for which Richland Creek Willowhill LLC is a tenant, which is owned by Waste Management of Illinois Inc., for the purposes of: (A) Zoning Code Text Amendment to allow Amusement and Recreation Services, Not Elsewhere Classified (includes day camp) (SIC No. 7999.01) in O-3 General Office/Techny Overlay District; (B) Special Permit to allow a child day camp facility (SIC No. 7999.01) in O-3 General Office/Techny Overlay District; (C) Site Plan Approval; and (D) Approval of any such variations, waivers, and zoning relief as may be necessary.
Hi-Five Sports is requesting approval of a special permit to allow a summer day camp facility at Willow Hill.
B. DOCKET NO. PCD-24-17: 2985 SHERMER ROAD (Public Hearing) - An application filed by Kin Sports LLC as potential owner and operator of Proximo Padel located at the property commonly known as 1968, 1974, 1980, 1990 Old Willow Road and 2985 Shermer Road, which is owned by Holy Apostolic Catholic Assyrian Church of the East Diocese of North America, for the purposes of: (A) Lot Consolidation to consolidate five parcels into one; (B) Rezone from R-1 Single Family Residential District to ICS Industrial and Commercial Services District; (C) Special Permit for Physical Fitness Facility (SIC No. 7991.00); (D) Variation to reduce the required corner side (Old Willow Road) yard from 10 feet to 5 feet; (E) Variation to reduce the required interior side (north) setback from 25 feet to 15 feet; (F) Loading space variation from 1 to 0; (G) Site Plan Approval; and (H) Approval of any such variations, waivers, and zoning relief as may be necessary.
Kin Sports LLC is requesting approval of a rezoning and special permit to allow an indoor racquet sports facility on the Subject Property.
C. DOCKET NO. PCD-25-01: 1200 SHERMER ROAD (Public Hearing) - An application filed by Glenbrook High School District 225 on the property commonly known as 1200 Shermer Road, which is owned by Bonnie Investment Group, for the purposes of: (A) Special Permit Job Training and Vocational Rehabilitation Services (SIC No. 8330.00) in the C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District; (B) Variation to reduce the required parking from 304 spaces to 245 spaces (20%); (C) Approval of any such variations, waivers, and zoning relief as may be necessary.
Glenbrook High School District 225 is requesting approval of a special permit to allow a job training and vocational rehabilitation services facility and a parking variation on the Subject Property.
